Welded steel conveyor chain

The W type Permaweld chain usually adopts a crank link structure.The pin is press-fitted to the side plate, thereby eliminating unnecessary wear caused by the movement of the pin.Precise stamping of the plates, automated machine welding, and assembly of bushings to side plates ensure high quality and dimensional control.Medium carbon steel is used for pins and plates, and can be heat treated to produce greater strength and wear resistance.The bushing is carburized grade carbon steel and can be surface hardened. WD type WD Permaweld energy chain is equipped with heat-treated pins and formed steel bushings.Compared with many similar cast and other welded links, the shape of the bushing provides maximum conveying capacity, impact resistance, toughness and higher bending yield strength.The precise press fit of the pin on the side plate and the single plane milled at the end of the pin can prevent unnecessary wear due to the movement of the pin.The pins and side plates are made of medium carbon steel.The bushing is made of carburized steel and is surface hardened on a heat-treated chain.Accurate punching and assembly procedures ensure dimensional control.The flexibility of the welded structure provides a wider range of connecting links than similar casting chains usually provide.
